By 18, Roshan had achieved a significant milestone—purchasing his dream car, a BMW 335is, entirely from his own earnings. Reflecting on those early days, Roshan shares:
“Being a valet attendant taught me some of the most valuable life skills. It showed me that hard work pays off, and it also helped me understand people better. One simple hack I learned on the job has stuck with me: always do the hard work first. At valet shifts, I’d park the first few cars at the back of the lot, leaving closer spots for the rush later. It made the shift much smoother. I’ve trained all my employees with this mindset, and I truly believe life works in the same way—lay the groundwork early to make the rest easier.”
